He has participated in the development of industry standards through his involvement in professional societies such as NACE International, and governmental agencies such as the United States Office of Pipeline Safety. As a Committee Member of the "U.S. Research and Special Programs Administration Technical Pipeline Safety Standards Committee", Office of Pipeline Safety, Mr. Nikolakakos participated in the preparation of a "Negotiated Rulemaking on Pipeline Personnel Qualifications" for use in the establishment of a qualifications program for personnel working on pipeline safety related tasks.

Mr. Bianchetti has 37+ years of professional experience in Corrosion Engineering Design, Project Management and Construction Management. His experience includes design, project management and construction management for oil and gas pipelines, water/wastewater facilities, power generation facilities, offshore facilities and reinforced and prestressed concrete structures. In addition Mr. Bianchetti has had extensive experience in the development of asset management, preventative maintenance programs and pipeline integrity management for oil and gas gathering facilities, oil and gas production facilities and oil and gas transmission and distribution facilities. Mr. Bianchetti has published over 15 technical papers and presented over 200 technical presentations. He was the editor for the new revision of the Peabody book titled "Control of Pipeline Corrosion".

Experienced in water and wastewater pipeline corrosion inspections and CP designs. Experienced with AC and DC pipeline interference and mitigation.

Thomas Fowler

Thirty five years experience in corrosion control engineering services. Fifteen years were spent in responsible charge of engineering and construction activities associated with cathodic protection systems for distribution and transmission systems for South Jersey Gas Company. With Russell Corrosion Consultants, Inc. since 1996, Mr. Fowler has extensive experience with testing and resolving stray current interference conflicts associated with impressed current cathodic protection systems and with rapid transit systems. Directs field crews and analyzes data associated with stray current interference from light rail and heavy rail transit systems.

David Dawson

Twenty two years experience in corrosion control engineering services.Field engineering experience includes cathodic protection monitoring, stray current testing, corrosion rate measurements, soil resistivity surveys, in-situ pH testing, close-interval and cell-to-cell potential surveys, construction monitoring, induced AC interference evaluations, electrical continuity verification, electrical isolation testing, ultrasonic measurements, and direct inspection of pipe in test pits. Qualified laboratory technician for testing the corrosivity of soil samples in RCC's in-house soils laboratory. Extensive experience with cathodic protection and corrosion rate remote monitoring systems.

Completed corrosion research on premise plumbing systems. Published four papers in peer reviewed journals and many more at conferences.

David R. Creque

Former Reliability Technician responsible for monitoring of galvanic and impressed current cathodic protection systems at Hampton Roads Sanitation District. Since joining RCC almost 2 years ago, Mr. Creque's experience has been expanded to include virtually all types of corrosion control field testing. In addition to cathodic protection testing and trouble shooting, that experience includes electrical continuity evaluations, soil resistivity and pH measurements, close-interval and cell-to-cell potential surveys, and track-to-earth resistance measurements. Conducts corrosion evaluations during new water main designs in order that corrosion control requirements can be determined for multiple pipe materials. Assisted in the most recent evaluation of the Newport News corrosion protection and monitoring systems.
